The ABS-CBN TALENT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT CENTER (or TDMC) is now on its eight year of star discovery and talent training, having created some of the foremost young television and film stars today - Claudine Barretto, Jericho Rosales, Jolina Magdangal, Rico Yan, Carol Banawa, JM Rodriguez, Diether Ocampo, Serena Dalrymple, Patrick Garcia, and many others. Now home to about 200 contract artists, TDMC is helmed by acclaimed star mentor and television and film director Johnny Manahan, along with a staff involved with the wholistic training and management of the young stars aged 7-27. TDMC's Star Circle Training Program has launched to date, 10 batches of fresh, new teenage faces, who have undergone extensive training in acting, personality development and physical enhancement prior to being cast in the television shows of ABS-CBN and the films of Star Cinema, as well as in commercial projects and corporate events. TDMC also has a 200-member ARTIST REGISTRY of second leads and character actors from the stage aged 20-70 who provide salient support in ABS-CBN shows.
