JOB DESCRIPTION: •This is a business-to-business sales position that primarily focuses on the sale of U.S. Federal and State Labor Law Posters. •Call customer leads to educate them about recent US State and Federal changes that apply to them and sell the appropriate Poster, subscription or service to ensure they remain compliant with State and/or Federal government requirements •Send professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request. •Ensure that account information is accurately gathered and entered into the system •Ensure that order information is accurately gathered and entered into the system •Maintains well-organized and safe workstation •Ensure that all performance metrics are met QUALIFICATIONS: •Must have a demonstrated ability to contact site-level management and decision makers particularly those responsible for purchasing on a consistent basis.
