Confectionery Arts Studio is headed by Chef Maai Florendo. She conducts short courses for baking and cake decorating enthusiasts at the studio. Chef Maai has been teaching confectionery arts for over 20 years at the helm of her mother in law, the cake queen of the Philippines - Avelina Carbungco Florendo.
