Health Rich Pharma Corp. is a wholly-owned Filipino corporation that had been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Reg. Cert. No. CS201316753 on September 3, 2013 with the primary purpose of distributing quality food supplements locally and internationally. It started out judiciously enough, during a casual meeting among four friends, two of whom are career professionals whilst the other two are successful business executives. Discussion centered about the current trend of going back to basics and the ever-increasing use of alternative medicines. They also discussed how people’s health deteriorate caused by today’s modern lifestyles. It may be due to lack of information or availability of affordable medicine that people tend to overlook the importance of good health. In earlier times, people have been using fruits, vegetables and hebs not just in the kitchen but also for medicinal purposes. The group then arrived at a consensus to find health food supplements that would help Filipinos achieve a healthier body.
