The project site is located at Brgy. Tangub,Bacolod City, about fifteen meters from theCircumferential Road. It is alongside three other relatively newly developed residential properties. It has been declared residential zone by the Bacolod City Planning and Development Office under No. 216, Series of 1998 issued on July 14, 2006. It is a safe, healthful and environmental friendly area that is not prone to floods and landslide and is free from air pollution. Generally, the project has met the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and/or Land Use Plan of the City of Bacolod.
